Timothy Dean Stearns

Our friend, brother, and father to Emily and Chay Stearns. He passed away on December 4, 2021 in Brooks at the age of 62. Tim had a big heart. His family and friends meant the world to him, and he will be sadly missed. Once a cowboy always a cowboy. His love for rodeo shaped his career as a professional Bull Rider. He was a force to be reckoned with and a truly gifted athlete. A loving uncle and dad, he supported his nieces, nephews and children to pursue their passions and to never be afraid of hard work. Taking up golf, swimming and cycling in his later years, Tim was always on the move and remained a lover of movement and exercise to the end. He was a man of action with a sense of humour and an affinity for pranks. He will be remembered for his fun loving personality and his kindness towards others. There will be a memorial service in early summer of 2022. Location and date are TBD.
