Leah Santiago Isidro of Brooks, Alberta, beloved wife of Larry Isidro, passed away in Brooks on Friday, November 8th, 2024, at the age 52 years. Leah was born on December 11th, 1971, in Poblacion, Kidapawan, Cotobato City, Philippines to Pedro and Lourdes Santiago. She attended Colegio de Kidapawan and received a 2-year Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Leah married Larry Isidro on October 22nd, 1997, in Kalookan City, Metro Manila, Philippines. She moved to Canada on November 27th, 2010, with her 3 children; Karen, Kyla and Ken, where they reunited with Larry, who had settled in Brooks. She worked in the meat processing department at the JBS. Leah will be remembered fondly for being loving, loyal, kind, and an inspiring person to everyone she met. Devoted to God, she loved spreading her wisdom of the word of God. Leah did not discriminate when helping others. Leah treated everyone as her family and loved unconditionally. She touched many people's hearts. Most of all, she lived her life to the fullest. A funny and motherly person to everyone. Leah is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Larry; children, Karen, Kyla and Ken and many extended family and friends. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 16th at 11:00 AM from St. Mary's Catholic Church. Rev. Eligio Canete Celebrant. In memory of Leah, if friends desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Box 578, Brooks, Alberta T1R 1B5.
