John "Ray" Hankins of Brooks, beloved husband of Helen Hankins, passed away in Brooks on Friday, August 24 ^th , 2018 at the age of 95 years.  Ray is leaving behind his loving wife Helen, who resides at Newbrook Lodge.  He is also survived by his daughter Joyce (Brian) Benson of Outlook, Saskatchewan and his son Garry (Debbie) Hankins of Brooks; 8 grandchildren; 16 great children and 2 great-great grandchildren. Ray was predeceased by a grandson Jeff Hankins, son Leonard Hankins, and son-in-law Dennis Munt. A Family gathering was held with internment to be held at a later date.

Cremation is entrusted to Smith Funeral Home Ltd. and Crematorium, Brooks .
