Janette Denise Lochhead passed away peacefully in her sleep, at her home in Brooks on Friday, November 9
th
, 2018 at the age of 44 years. Janette was born on February 5
th
1974 in the Calgary General Hospital. She was a kind and gentle soul who loved life, and everything it had to offer. Janette loved her family, had a love of animals and adored her granddaughter dearly. We will miss and love you so much. Janette was predeceased by her grandparents. She is survived by her partner Roy Elias; daughter Kyrstin Lochhead; mother Vera Gauthier; brother Brian Lochhead; granddaughter Fern Lochhead and many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 19
th
at 2:00 PM from Smith Memorial Chapel. In memory of Janette, if friends desire, memorial tributes may be made to Brooks Mental Health for Addictions, Bag 300, Brooks, Alberta T1R 1B3.
Cremation is entrusted to Smith Funeral Home Ltd. and Crematorium, Brooks .
