Hannah Christina O'Brien Daubert passed away at the Brooks Hospital on December 12, 2025 at the age of 90 years. She was born on January 6, 1935 in Cork City, Ireland, to William and Christina O'Brien. She came to Canada in 1951 at the age of 16 to help her sister, a war bride, with her young family. She later became a hairdresser and settled in Kindersley, where she met Jack Daubert. On December 27, 1954 they were married and had 59 years together until Jack passed away in 2013. They raised six children and lived in Kindersley, Calgary, Grande Prairie, Peace River, Grimshaw, High Prairie, Beaverlodge, Masset (BC), Strathmore, and finally Brooks. She is predeceased by her parents and all of her siblings except one. She is survived by one brother, Christopher (Nanaimo, BC); her children, Marie (Lloyd) of Tilley, Cindy of Kelowna, Brian (Kathy) of Greece, Garry of Edmonton, Michael (Karen) of High Prairie, and Jim of Whitecourt. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Saturday, May 16th at 2:00 PM from St. Mary's Catholic Church. Rev. Eligio Canete Celebrant. Interment at Brooks Cemetery.
