Grace passed away February 26, 2022 at the age of 81 following a short respiratory illness in the Brooks Hospital. She cherished all the visits from the family that were able to get down to see her.
Grace was born in the Drumheller hospital January 30, 1941 the sixth child to George & Winnifred Hunter. In the mid 60s they purchased their first home in an upstart community named Sherwood Park where eventually a daughter became part of the family in 1971. Over the years she had a variety of jobs including the High School Cafeteria, Louise's Lottery, and Safeway. Grace enjoyed curling, bowling and socializing at the firehall. She had a wonderful circle of friends that she enjoyed spending time with. Her love of all holidays, especially Christmas will continue with all the generations she left behind.
