Goldie Elvira Hughes of Brooks, passed away peacefully in Brooks on Saturday, April 14 ^th , 2018 at the age of 94 years. Goldie was born on January 5 ^th , 1924 in Brooks. She was predeceased by her husband George, son George "Butch", sisters Ellenora, Lillian, Vivian and brother William. Goldie is survived by her children Michael, JoAnne and Debbie; grandchildren, Kevin, Donna and Jonathon; great grandchildren, Rhys, Kaycie and Zalin. She will be remembered by several nieces, nephews and their families. A private graveside service was held at the Brooks Cemetery with Rev. Ken Wells officiating.
