Garth Reginald Bunney of Brooks, beloved son of Elsie Bunney, passed away in Brooks on Monday, September 23 ^rd , 2019 at the age of 55 years. Garth was born in Brooks on February 2 ^nd , 1964 and received his education in Brooks and spent most of his life here, except for 10 years between Calgary and Edmonton. Garth definitely lived life to the fullest. He loved loud music good friends and drinking beer. To him, life was a party! Garth was predeceased by his father Reginald and his life partner Lenora Angus. Garth is survived by his mother Elsie; sister Penny Thompson (Tim); niece Tanya Renard (Richard); nephew Dustin Thompson (Lorelei); great nephew. Ryder Moorhead and great niece Rein Thompson. A graveside service will be held at a later date. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 5 ^th at 2:00 PM from the EID Legion, Brooks, in the Canteen Room.
