Denis Gordon Jackson of Brooks, beloved husband of Terry Lynn Jackson and father of Alex, passed away in Brooks on Wednesday, March 3 ^rd , 2021 at the age of 73 years. Denis was born on April 11 ^th , 1947 in Turner Valley, Alberta to Terrence and Dorothy Jackson. The family moved back to England in 1952. He was educated at Hailsham County Secondary School in East Sussex, United Kingdom. Denis served 5 years in British Army Queen's Regiment as an infantryman. He drove long distance truck as well. Denis moved back to Canada in 1980 and settled in Brooks area, working for the EID for 30 years. Denis married Terry Lynn Kindred in 1985 in Tilley and they were blessed with a son, Alex in 1989. He was predeceased by parents Terrance and Dorothy Jackson. Denis is survived by his loving wife Terry of Brooks; son Alex of Brooks; brother Terry of Duchess and sisters Kathleen Richards of East Sussex, United Kingdom and Barbara Feniton of Devon, United Kingdom.
