Delores Joan Guest of Brooks, beloved wife of Raymond Guest, passed away in Brooks on Sunday, January 13 ^th , 2018 at the age of 72 years. Delores was born in Wynyard, Saskatchewan on July 13 ^th , 1946 to Fredrick and Ella Pruden and grew up there. She married Raymond Guest on October 16 ^th , 1965 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. In 1968, they made Brooks their home with their 2 sons, Glenn and Trevor. Delores was active in the community as a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Oil Wives and happily volunteered to help any cause. She loved to travel and made lasting friendships wherever she went. It is her infectious smile and heart felt laugh that we will all remember and miss. Delores was predeceased by her son Trevor, parents Fred and Ella Pruden, brother Oliver Pruden and nephew Dale Campbell. She is survived by her loving husband Raymond, son Glenn; sisters, Elsie Duerks and Linda (Dale) Hackinen; brother, Arthur (Vicki) Pruden and numerous cousin, nieces, nephews and friends. The love Delores showed everyone whose lives she touched will be cherished and sorely missed. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 18 ^th at 2:00 PM from Trinity Lutheran Church. Rev. John Theiss officiating. Interment to follow at Brooks Cemetery.
