It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cyril Francis Myles on July 29th, 2025, at the age of 76.

Cyril was born in St. Bernard's Newfoundland, on September 22, 1948, to John and Bridget Myles.

He left home at the young age of 16 to work for CP Rail where he retired in 2007, Cyril made many lifelong friends while working for CP and loved to share his stories.

He found many hobbies after his retirement.  He loved working on his cars, fixing things in his garage, listening to his music, fires in the backyard with a good strong drink and a cigarette with his family and friends, where many stories and laughs were shared.  But what brought him the most joy was spending time with his daughter and his precious grandkids.

Cyril leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Ada; daughter Tanya (Jeremy), his precious grandkids Gabriel, Cory, Ellie, Max and Isaiah; 9 sisters, 5 brothers and his best buddy Rick.

Cyril is predeceased by his son Cory; parents, John and Bridget; brothers, Howard and Garfield; sister Rose; mother-in-law Mary McCarthy and his uncle Patrick Hynes.

A private ceremony will be taking place at a later date.
